Pacific Ocean kombu seaweed and purple stripe garlic from Burlap and Barrel are fermented with heirloom koji rice and soybeans to create a sweet miso reminiscent of the California coast. This miso has strands of hand-cut kombu, deep umami notes, and a slightly nutty flavor.
